We're looking for a talented Communications Manager to lead Local Partnerships' content programme.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll own our editorial calendar and content pipeline, creating compelling content that showcases our expertise, insight and impact across the public sector. From thought leadership articles and case studies to social media campaigns, reports and digital content, you'll play a key role in shaping how we tell our story and engage with our audiences.
This is a hands-on role for an exceptional writer, editor and storyteller who enjoys turning complex ideas into engaging content that informs, influences and inspires.
You'll be responsible for:
Owning the organisation's editorial calendar and content pipeline.
Creating high-quality content across web, social media, publications, newsletters, video and campaign assets.
Developing thought leadership, case studies and client stories that showcase Local Partnerships' expertise and impact.
Working with Practice Heads and subject matter experts to create engaging content from complex technical and policy issues.
Supporting integrated marketing campaigns through compelling content creation.
Producing press releases, commentary, opinion pieces and stakeholder communications.
Managing relationships with designers, videographers and other creative suppliers.
Monitoring content performance and continually improving engagement.
We're looking for someone with:
Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
Experience creating high-quality content across digital, social media, web and print.
Experience managing editorial calendars and content strategies.
The ability to translate complex information into engaging, audience-focused content.
Experience producing thought leadership, reports, publications and campaign content.
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior colleagues.
Knowledge of CMS platforms, social media, analytics and SEO.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
