Some experience supporting recruitment or administrative processes, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in using applicant tracking systems. Good attention to detail and confidence handling data, including updating records and producing clear summaries or reports. Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, supportive responses to candidates and colleagues. A collaborative approach, with the ability to work well in a team and build positive working relationships across different groups. Well-organised and proactive, able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and support the smooth running of recruitment activities. A clear understanding of the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion, and a commitment to applying these principles in everyday work. 

You must have the right to work in the UK, the LGA are unfortunately unable to offer sponsorship visas. Evidence for the right to work in the UK will be requested at the interview stage.
